Our team of in-club mentors work with you to develop tailor-made exercise programmes, are on hand to boost motivation and to help members recognise that exercise has a positive impact on the mind as well as the body. This way, members understand the overall benefits of regular exercise, feel they are really getting somewhere and keep coming back for more.
