Studio Bookings
All studio classes must be booked in advance and are available for booking up to 7 days in advance from 7:30am.
Where possible you should arrive 15 minutes prior to the class to allow time to check in, change and make your way to the class location. If you have not checked in 5 minutes before the class you risk losing your place to any waiting members. Reserve lists will ony operate 'on the day' for members being in the club 5 minutes before the class starts.
Please offer courtesy to other club users by cancelling your class space if you are unable to utilise it.

Endurance and Fat Burning
One Step Beyond

Body Combat
An exciting aerobic training progra that combines moves and stances developed from a range of various self-defence disciplines. A seriously enjoyable class with empowering music that takes no prisoners!
Salsacise
A high energy choreographed class utilising aerobic moves all flavoured with a latin feel.
Body Attack
A hi/lo choreographed aerobics class. Great music and great instructors make this a massive calorie burner but lots of fun!
Fat Attack & Calorie Killer
On our Indoor Spin bikes. Cycle yourself to great fitness and massive calorie burn whilst listening to great music and talented Indoor Cycling Instructors.
Circuit Training
A hi-energy cardio workout using moves and equipment from the gym and the boxing ring. This class allows participants to work at their own level whilst toning and strengthening the major muscle groups. |

Body Pump
A Barbell based class working every part of the body with empowering music making you feeling strong and toned.
Turbo Tone & Tone, Hone and Groan
A superb toning class with Julian aiming at increasing your fitness and body tone whilst having huge amounts of fun.
Ab-Solution and Fitball
These classes wil take you through a series of exercises that perfectly integrate, strength, mobility and flexibility, working mainly the abs. The overall effect will improve strength and posture.

Yoga
Yoga involves control of the body and mind through posture and breathing techniques. The benefits include flexibility, strength and vitality. A great relaxation class.
Pilates
Pilates involves strengthening and stretching core muscles of the body, with concentration on breathing, posture and flexibility. This is a wellness class suitable for all ages.
Body Balance
This dynamic programme combines principles of Yoga, Pilates and Feldenkrais controlled breathing, flexibility and strength training. Thus creating a workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony. |
