BODYCOMBAT is a non contact, martial arts - based fitness programme with moves drawn from karate, tae Kwan do, kung fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and tai chi. Each 60 min class is choreographed to music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers fast results.
BODYATTACK (ALL) 60 MINS
A simple, high intensity cardiovascular workout, that is fully optional to cater for all fitness levels of fitness. You'll experience high energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.

RPM is a 50 min indoor cycling workout to the rhythm of powerful music. Your instructor will lead you up hills, through flats and mountain peaks. Using various riding positions, resistance and speed to suit the terrain.

A freestyle mix of indoor cycling terrain designed to challenge all participants to an achievable level no matter what their ability.
STEP: (ALL) 55 MINS/ STEP EXPRESS 30 MINS
A popular fitness class using a step. Step combinations adapted to suit everyone by offering simple to challenging step options. This class will improve overall fitness.
AQUA: (ALL) 45 MINS
A class that always guarantees to be full of fun, ideal for people with joint injuries and pregnant participants. Splash your way to a great fitness level at any age.
AQUA RUNNING: (ALL) 45 MINS
Group exercise class that takes place in the deeper part of the pool. Participants wear a buoyancy aid so suitable for non swimmers. This class will work on cardiovascular fitness as well as using the water resistance to gain body strength. Suitable for triathletes to 50+. NO IMPACT! NO LIMITS.
BOXING & PADS: (ALL) 60 MINS
A mixed ability class aimed to improve your overall fitness. Boxing techniques combined with interval training. One round and you'll be hooked!
CIRCUIT TRAINING: (ALL)
The format of the class will be based on repetition of timed intervals at multiple stations. Circuit training will iimprove cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance.
ACTIVE BODY: (ALL) 45 MINS
Active body covers all components of physical fitness, cardiovascular, strength, balance and flexibility. Using combinations of of low impact choreography to improve your fitness, resistance bands and weighted chi balls to enhance strength and muscular tone. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.
