Studio Bookings
We regret that entrance will not be allowed after 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. This is to ensure an adequate warm up period to prevent injuries.
All studio classes must be booked in advance and are available for booking up to 7 days in advance from 6:30am.
Please offer courtesy to other club users by cancelling your class space if you are unable to utilise it.

Endurance and Fat Burning
Hilo Challenged
A high impact, high intensity aerobic class. An energetic, fat burning workout with advanced choreography created for those who enjoy the challenge.
Circuit Surprise
Need extra motivation in your workouts? Then this is the class for you. Circuit surprise is a perfect cross training workout to enhance your speed, strength and stamina, not forgetting fat burning.
Simply Step
Simply Step is the ideal class for anyone who has never stepped before. A good beginners class for burning off the calories. This class can be easy or as hard as you want it to be. Step heights can be adjusted.
Steptronic
lf you want more than a basic class, steptronic is ensured to motivate you with new moves. This fat burning class will also enhance your fitness.
Khai Bo/Khai Bo Circuit
Khai Bo is a carefully developed pre-designed blend of the most popular
fitness concepts. It is a non contact cardiovascular workout, choreographed
to music, offering a variety of simple yet effective movements, i.e. martial
arts, kicks, boxing, and punches.
Studio Dancing
Studio Dancing offers you the opportunity to experience & learn lots of different dance styles from,
tango, salsa, waltz, latin americas, quickstep,rumba, cha-cha, rock n roll, ballroom. So irrespective if you are a beginner
or an accomplished dancer 'Bill' will attempt to teach you something different.
Cycle Fit
Cycle Fit will introduce you to the basics of cycling. This group cycling
session to music will improve your overall fitness and burn calories like
you've never done before. (You can adjust the resistance of the cycle to
make the workout as easy or as hard as you want it to be.)
Cycle Supreme
In this next level cycle session you will experience the different types of
cycle training formats; climb hills, sprint roads, etc., using optional levels of
resistance. Cycling will improve your stamina, and burn body fat - fast!
Super Cycle
Bringing the experience of outdoors- indoors!
Super Cycle the ultimate workout, designed for the advanced cyclers, or for
those who fancy a challenge. You can guarantee this session will accelerate
energy levels, maximise fat burning and take you on a ride of adventure.
Boxfit
Boxfit is a mixed ability class to help improve all over fitness. This class is
combined with interval training and boxing techniques. Various boxing
equipment will be used i.e. boxing gloves, boxing bags, and skipping ropes.
This is a non contact, effective workout.
Beginner Aerobics
A low impact low intensity aerobic class especially designed for beginners
using easy to follow choreography, simple effective aerobic moves.
Low Impact Aerobics
A fatburning aerobics class offering low impact moves within a high
intensity workout to enhance your fitness.
Salsa Aerobics
A Hi Low impact class using traditional Hi Low combinations mixed
together with salsa dance moves for those of us who want a little more of a
latino feel to our workout.

Body Tone and Strength
D.I.Y Definition
A muscular strength and endurance workout, designed to tone, sculpt and
reshape the body. All classes are varied. Light handweights, dumbells and
resistance tubes may be used to challenge each muscle. This class is
adjusted to all fitness levels.
B.L.T. (bums legs tums)
A 45 min sculpting session dedicated to target those problem areas. (For
those who want firm bums, lean legs, toned tums!)
Ab-solution
A 30min abdominal session to maximise the movements of the spine in
order to strengthen and condition the muscles of the abs and back. This
class includes a warm up and cool down ending with a good stretch out.
New Body
New Body takes body conditioning to the next level. A motivating free
weight workout using dumbells and barbells with adjustable weights. New
body is pre- choreographed to music, and will enhance overall body
definition, and increase muscle strength and tone. (Adjusted to suit all
fitness levels).
Bellydancing
This ancient feminine dance is both graceful and exhilerating. It's every
woman's dance regardless of size, shape or age. Perfect for toning the
abdominals and lower back while having great fun at the same time.

Fit Ball Fun
A class using the stability ball to give a total body workout! Focusing on
core stability, posture and body strength the instructor will use traditional
strength moves combined with the balancing effect of the stability ball to
give you that total body workout.
Ab-Ball Attack
A class using the stability ball, focusing on the abdominal area using
traditional abdominal moved combined will the balancing effect of the
stability ball to give you core stability and a perfect six pack!

Wellness & Flexibility
Pilates
Pilates involves strengthening and stretching of the core muscles of the
body, with concentration on breathing, posture and flexibility.
This is a wellness class suitable for all ages.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga involves control of the mind through posture and breathing
techniques. The benefits include flexibility, strength and vitality. A great
relaxation class.
Power Yoga
Based on Ashtanga Yoga, power Yoga is fast flowing and aerobic in its style
and incorporates a graduated and sequenced set of postures, which are
synchronised with each breath. Although Power Yoga is not for the faint
hearted, it can be adjusted to suit all levels.
Tai Chi
This experiential session interprets this ardent art to give us new skills and
strength to meet the challenges and pace of modern living. Looking at the
cycles and wisdom within nature and applying them to human nature
through movement, mind and breath.
Flexiball Stretch
Rejuvenate your muscles! Change the way you feel about your body by
exploring the different stretches using the stability ball to improve your
range of motion, posture, coordination and core stability, also the solution
for tired aching muscles!
Stretch & Tone
An all over workout aimed at toning all those problem areas using
traditional strength moves combined with stretching to help improve your
range of motion, posture and coordination.
