I hope you've had a fantastic start to 2012 and if you're like me, you'll be wanting to kick-start the New Year with a 'new you'?! If you are now ready to wave goodbye to that post-Christmas waistline, then Greens is the perfect place to get started.

We have recently invested a whopping £3million across our clubs in state-of-the-art virutal active gym kit. Maybe you'll want to soak away your stresses in our gorgeous 25m pool complete with sauna, steam room and bubbly, poolside whirlpool spa. We have 75+ classes each week including Zumba, Yoga/Pilates, Spinning and BTS classes. You'll also find a laid-back Costa Coffee brassarie with free Wi-fi access and don't forget.. we can make you look as fabulous as you feel with our gorgeous, in-house beauty salon, Eutopia.

John has been a member with us since February 2008 and attends our club 5 times per week, usually incorporating 3 spin classes to his visits. Our personal coach Rich trains John & they have been working on strength & conditioning. Now that the nights are getting darker and Christmas around the corner, we're beginning to think of getting in to our party clothes so go on... achieve that goal of getting into shape, losing weight, or just feeling good inside. Our expert (and very friendly) personal trainers are on-hand to help you look and feel fabulous.
We had a busy Summer in the club re-furbishing our full showers in the male & female changing rooms. The pool area has received a fresh lick of paint and both our studio and weight floors have been replaced. If you use our weights room, we ask you kindly to put your weights back after use as this has became a continuous problem recently - thank you in advance for your co-operation.
As always, your feedback is valued therefore if you have anything you would like to share please fill in a members' comment card at reception and we will aim to respond to you within 48 hours.
If you have a family occasion coming up or if there's a big birthday coming up then why not hold it in our Brasserie? We are offering all Greens members FREE function hire for the month of September & October. Ask at reception for more information regarding this.
If you are looking for new exercise wear , we have a fabulous selection at Reception - dynamic colours and fabrics! - So if you are looking to update your workout wardrobe you need look no further!
We are so fortunate here at Glasgow Central that we can boast of the ONLY 25m pool in Glasgow City Centre! Having newly qualified as a massage therapist in Krakow (college of massage), I started my professional career as Sports Therapist with First League Basketball team Wisla Krakow. Not only was this a fantastic experience, it was also an incredibly valuable training ground for my skills.
After seeing the movie \"Braveheart\", my dream was to live and work in the land of William Wallace, so on 13th January 2007 I bought a one-way ticket to Scotland and have never looked back.
Specializing in a variety of therapies including Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stones and Reflexology, I have been privileged to work in some of Glasgow's top spas as well as the Hotel Du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens. My clients over the years have included Connie Nielsen, Mark Strong, Channing Tatum and Dale Winton.
I am passionate about my work and believe strongly in a holistic approach towards my clients' wellbeing. With this in mind each session begins with a short consultation to ensure you experience a treatment geared to your specific needs.

Gal is regarded as one of the most qualified physiotherapists in the country and is well known for undertaking accurate assessments. He uses the most advanced combination of manipulations and exercise based physiotherapy.
Gal gained his qualification in the Netherlands followed by a Masters in Manual Therapy at Glasgow Caledonian University. Swimming and coaching at acompetitive level give him a solid knowledge in sports and what is necessary to participate at an exceptionally high standard.

:: Variety Club
Thank you to all our members who have supported our Charity work for the Variety Club this year.. it's been great fun and the money raised will be used to sponsor a Minibus for use in the Cathkin Autism and Additional Needs Group Glasgow.
This group caters for 31 children who have severe learning difficulties,epilepsy and autism.
The minibus will be used to get the children out and about in the community to assist with their communication skills, visits to the park and educational visits throughout the community.
Jeri Dickson & myself attended the presentation of the coach to the kids at the school on the 12th November. All children, teachers & parents were extremely grateful for the donation & couldn't thank us enough! The thank-you card they made us is up on the fitness wall for you to have a look when you pass!
It's great to see our money going to such a worthwhile cause.
