This class is a varied class used to target all those ‘problem areas’. Warm up, followed by very varied resistance and mat work throughout, a class environment to get that tone you have been after!

Wellness & Flexibility
Body Image
A soft blend of tai-chi, yoga and pilates combining movements from all three disciplines. Body Image is choreographed to a mixture of music, a superb holistic class designed to challenge focus, flexibility, strength and of course balance.
Pilates
Focus primarily on posture and the abdominal core, a concentrated slow session. Pilates can be ideal in the aid of treating some injuries such as lower back strain. (Please speak to your GP prior to attending class if you do have an injury)
Yoga
A series of mental, spiritual and physical exercises designed to aid in enlightenment. Benefits are: focussed mental state, improved body strength and flexibility, Yoga takes many forms and levels –ask yoga instructors for further details.
