New CV equipment arrival
:: State of the art Matrix Cardio equipment
We are delighted to announce the impending arrival of our new CV equipment at the Club.
As part of a £3 million Group investment programme, we are upgrading our current treadmills, cross-trainers, steppers and bikes to a brand new Virtual Active range of cardiovascular exercise machines. As some of you may have already experienced from the demonstration machines in the reception area, the Matrix Range offer the most innovative and aesthetically refined entertainment solutions available in the market. With personal 15\" flatscreen digital Freeview TV's, Virtual Reality exercise programmes, iPod connection for video / audio playback, charging and on-screen playlist selection.
The scheduled dates for the installation are Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd November and in order to facilitate this we will be closing the CV and mini gyms on these dates.

CV & Mini Gym Closure

Notice! The CV & MINI GYM are due for closure on wednesday the 2nd November from 8pm till 8:30am Thursday 3rd. This is due to major cable works taking place in preparation for the arrival of new equipment. A small selection of CV equipment will be available in the functional training area and a additional morning cardio blast class on Thursday 7:30am - 8:30am. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. |
