Studio Bookings
All studio classes must be booked in advance and are available for booking up to 8 days in advance for Platinum members and 7 days in advance for Standard members from 6:30am.
Where possible you should arrive 15 minutes prior to the class to allow time to check in, change and make your way to the class location. If you have not checked in 5 minutes before the class you risk losing your place to any waiting members. Reserve lists will any operate 'on the day' for members being in the club 5 minutes before the class starts.
Please offer courtesy to other club users by cancelling your class space if you are unable to utilise it.
If you wish to cancel a class you must do so at least 1 hour prior to the start of the class. Otherwise you will incur a £5 no show fee.

Cardio-vascular
Urban Rebounding
A safe, effective style of aerobic, that provides a surprisingly challenging cardiovascular workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles and joints. It uses familiar aerobic moves, sports specific conditioning moves and core stabilization technique.
Total Body Workout
A hi-energy, functional workout, targeting the whole body from head to toe.
Body Attack
A simple high intensity cardiovascular workout that is fully optional to cater for all levels. Inclusive of lower and upper body conditioning exercises.
Body Combat
Martial arts based group exercise class. Taking moves from a variety of disciplines and blending them into an action packed workout.
Body Step
A Basic high intensity step workout, combined with a lower body conditioning exercises.
Studio Cycling
A freestyle mix of indoor cycling terrain designed to challenge all participants to an achievable level no matter what the ability.
Step
An all round cardio fitness whilst challenging the lower body. Low impact choreography workout based around a step box.
Boxercise
A class for both men and women with an emphasis on boxing, consisting of pad work and circuit training.
Khai-bo
A non-contact aerobic martial arts workout based on punch/kick combinations choreographed to music.
Ladies Box Fit
A boxing based cardio-vascular, strength, conditioning and toning exercise workout teaching traditional boxing skills and fitness training techniques.
Dance Fusion
A dance inspired exercise class, that maximizes fat burning with continuous movement, and increased resistance by specially designed moves. This unique style of exercise will increase muscle tone and strength. The choreography is designed to ensure that anybody can follow the routine with alternatives given if any techniques and difficult to master.
Zumba
A blend of Latin and international music to create a dynamic, fun and effective cardio workout.
Salsacise
Its sexy salsa dance and aerobics rolled into one. A great workout for the whole body.
Armageddon
No more excuses, this is a boot camp style class that will encourage you to push yourself to too your limit, just like a personal trainer would.
Boot Camp
Enjoy circuit training outdoors. Let the hard work and the fresh air kick start your day, whatever the weather.
Running Club
An outdoor class where you all can run at your own pace and be given tips to improve your ability and fitness level.
Aquafit
Maintains and improves stamina, strength and suppleness with minimal risk of injury. Suitable for people of all ages and abilities, as a means of complimenting their training, and rehabilitation. |

Toning and Strength Body Pump Clinic
For safety reasons, all participants must complete a technique clinic prior to attending first full class.
Body Pump
Take the best exercises from the weights room and add inspirational music to produce BODY PUMP. It is the fastest way to change your body shape.
Flexi-bar
Fight back pain, lose weight, improve posture, strengthen abdominals, firm & tone upper body & improve pregnancy recovery. Whenever the FLEXI-BAR is shaken, all of your core and deep muscles that are attached to the spine react and begin to work.
Hula Fit
A fantastic and fun way to tone your abs, without a crunch or sit up in sight.
Fitball
A strong emphasis on core stability using the stability balls, coached through a variety of strengthening exercises on around the ball.
Circuits
Combining both cardiovascular and resistance stations to produce an all over body session. Work at your own level whilst challenging your weaknesses.
T.T.B's
A low impact and low intensity workout with lots of repetitive moves focusing on those 'problem' areas. Thighs, Tums & Bums, focus on the lower body.

Wellness Pilates
Focusing primarily on posture and the abdominal core, a concentrated slow session. Pilates can be ideal in the aid of treating some injuries such as lower back strain.
Dynamic Yoga
Yoga postures joint together at a fast pace, for fitness, leg & back strength.
Fitness Yoga
Every element of fitness yoga is validated from a fitness perspective. Any one taking part in a fitness yoga class can expect to improve their flexibility greatly in 8 weeks. They will learn how to identify the bodies stabilizing muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve their posture and move with more confidence.
Fitness yoga is not a spiritual experience it mimics yoga in its breathing, focus and style offering postures the endorse strength and stability. There is no dogma, chanting or philosophy attached to this workout. During Fitness Yoga moves and postures can be sequenced together to the beat of the music making transitions seamless and graceful.
Hatha Yoga
Due to the nature of the class everyone progresses at their own rate. Postures increase flexibility, tones muscles & strengthens bodily systems. Breath work is used to calm the mind and release tension from the muscles.
Sports Yoga
Sports Yoga is a unique blend of ancient and modern exercise designed to promote wellness and strength on a mental, physical and spiritual level. The format, movement and theories are taken and adapted from a variety of sources including Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and Posture Analysis as well as traditional sports stretches and warm-ups.
Sports Yoga is not overtly spiritual and is appropriate for anyone wanting to experience the benefits of yoga practice. Sport Yoga is open to beginners and yet still contains a more advanced component to each pose for a more experienced.
Relax and Stretch
A class combining simple stretches & dynamic sequences using principles from yoga & Tai Chi. Leave feeling relaxed & revitalized.
Tai Chi
The Continuous movement of the body relaxes and loosens the muscles and joints. Builds stability in the legs and improves balance. Practice straightens the spine and strengthens the lower back. Tai Chi helps focus the mind, calms the emotions and relaxes the body; it is both beneficial to both mental and physical health.
